I like ordering radios from you however I usually expect immediate shipping. It did not happen this time and this was not explained to me until I have sent out an email asking why it takes so long to ship it. You send an invoice very fast but not the actual product. It would be nice to let the customer know when the product will be shipped. Overall the product and service is great!

Small yet powerful radios January 21, 2013

These radios are surprisingly small but work very well. The range is great and the sound is very clear, much better than our old, better known manufacturer, much heavier radios sounded. The channel number whisper  feature is great, I never need to take the radio out of my pocket (I use it with a headset).

I purchased this to use for both the DJ and live sound company I work for and it's been great.  I can be crawling all over and under the stage and immediately contact my lead sound engineer with questions and set up answers.  As far as range is concerned, holy smokes...wow, can these things transmit far!
