The Concierge G is basically an update of our older Escort earpiece. The newer refined Push-To-Talk is conveniently located in line with the earpiece. This makes it easier to locate for good audio and reduces background noise considerably. This earpiece will perform well in windy situations like parking valets and in moderate noise situations like a casino or hotel lobby. The single-wire design is excellent for event management, hotels, offices, and other applications where discretion is not as important, especially where the earpiece will be worn outside of the clothing because it has less wires to manage than a two-wire kit. A coiled wire leaves the radio and separates into two at a small junction box. One wire leads to a small discreet clear coiled tube earpiece and the other to a large, water-resistant, Push-to-Talk and microphone. A more simple brother to the Centurion for casinos, hotel, and clubs, the Sentinel is exceptionally durable, but still lightweight. The Sentinel features less wire than other 2-wire kits, one wire leaves the radio and runs to a microphone push-to talk unit; the earpiece wire attaches at the microphone/push to talk unit near the lapel. The second wire runs under the shoulder to the back of the neck.
The audio quality for the Sentinel Law Enforcement Earpiece is excellent and works well in a variety of conditions. The Sentinel features a large PTT that can be found easily in the most difficult circumstances.
The Sentinel is very durable. Though the wire diameter is smaller than some Law Enforcement earpieces, the durability is greater because of the Kevlar reinforced PU cable.
As with all Custom Earpiece products, the Sentinel features a one year "no questions asked" warranty against failure.

Cipher is a great solution when discretion is a must. Cipher is a three-wire kit because three wires separate from a strain relief box. The first goes to a discreet clear coiled tube earpiece which is difficult to see and easily hidden by hair and collar. The second wire goes to a small microphone with a clothing pin which is pinned to the shirt near the lapel. This microphone is sensitive enough to pick up your voice through clothing and omni-directional so it can pick up other parties involved in the conversation. The third wire goes to a discreet finger Push-To-Talk which may be worn with Velcro™ around the finger.
