Within the US we pay return shipping for the defective product and cross-ship, so you are without equipment for the shortest possible time. We feature a 30 day refund policy if the product you purchase will not meet your needs. We ask that prior to returning product for a refund, you call us and allow us a chance to resolve whatever problem you may have. If you ordered from us in the first place, you had a desired result, and we'd like the opportunity to provide it. Canadian Customers please note: Due to shipping constraints, Custom Earpiece can only accept Business Product Orders in the amount of $200.00 or more from Canadian customers who have an established business in Canada. Canadian Business Customers and any other customer located outside the United States must ship back purchased products for warranty repair/replacement to Custom Earpiece at their own expense. |
