To Whom It May Concern;
I am writing this to inform anyone who is considering doing business with Custom Earpiece, and Steve Parodi.

I am the Security Manager of a very successful Nightclub & Bar in Portland, Maine. Our facility is a two story building with three distinctively different types of bars inside.

We take pride in being the best bar in Portland, ME. On any given weekend night, 1,200 to 3,000 people will enter our doors. With that amount of people in that particular environment, Security must be paramount. In my opinion, good communications between Staff and Security personnel must be an afterthought. For a long time until Steve Parodi contacted me, it was my biggest problem.

No one including myself enjoys "Cold Calling Salesman". I was not in the market for new 2-way radios when Steve called me, but Steve was a very likable person over the phone. He also knew a lot about his product and my environment which gave him quick credibility in my eyes. I explained to Steve that a few years back I purchased Motorola radios from a local company, and seeing that Motorola was seen everywhere "They must be the best option right?" I was not satisfied with the Motorolas' performance. I found the Motorolas completely useless in noisy environments. Even in quiet areas I found the sound from radio to radio to be muffled, and I was not able to determine what others were saying. Not to mention who was saying it.

I conveyed all of the information to Steve who then informed me that his radios from Custom Earpiece could do better. I was skeptical because Hey!, We had Motorola! A product recognizable anywhere in the World. How could a radio, or company I had never heard of do better? I decided that we could not do any worse than the Motorola so I ordered 4 radios and earpieces from Steve. We tried them out that weekend. I am happy to say that I am a believer now in Custom Earpiece. The radios I purchased from Steve completely blow away the Motorolas. Not even close! They provide a crisp, clear sound in any environment. My staff and I were completely taken by the improvement in clarity of sound over the Motorola. Due to the radios size I sometimes forget it's on my belt. They are durable enough that you don't have to panic if they are dropped. They have made communicating for my staff and I the afterthought it should be even in the loudest environments.

Lastly, the cost. I am embarrassed for what I paid for the Motorolas compared to Custom Earpiece. Especially due to the performance. Custom Earpiece is a fairly priced radio for a great amount of performance you will receive. I feel completely ripped off by Motorola for what I paid, and the performance I received. I would strongly suggest to anyone who works in loud environments, and need reliable communications to use Custom Earpiece. If you are doing business with them, continue. If you are, or have used Motorola, or anyone else, make a change to Custom Earpiece. Not only is the product better, they also stand behind it.

I will not hesitate, and neither should you, to do business with Custom Earpiece. P.S. If anyone would like to buy 4 used Motorola radios please don't hesitate to call me.
