This headset is far more comfortable than the options that come with theatro, much higher build quality as well. I get to keep the volume lower on the headset, because it fits better in the ear. I often wear aftershokz headphones as well, and this headset does not interfere at all.

This earpiece is crystal clear, comfortable, and people can actually hear me (that was the problem with my previous vocera earpiece). I also like being able to wear my vocera on my waist rather than have it hanging around my neck.

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast.

So far I am pleased with the item.  It arrived within a short time of ordering and customer service and follow up has been excellent.  Previous earpieces, different brand and dealer, have failed within a month.  So I will let you know how this one does.
