    The Stinger is a low-cost solution for the shoulder mic user who wants private communication. Stingers come in one length and the cord is coiled so it may be plugged in at the mic or at the radio. This is the most comfortable solution which does not use a coiled tube.

    I received my Stinger Listen Only Earhook earpiece last week. I attached it to my iPhone to check it by listening to iTunes. Clarity was excellent and I can't wait to test it on my air-to-ground radio at work.

    Have purchased several items through custom earpiece and never had a problem. They provide excellent service, fast and dependable. As for the earpiece itself it's great. Used a stinger earpiece for years and then the department issued a look a like that drove me crazy trying to keep it in place. I used my new stinger the first day it arrived and never felt it on my ear. Will never use another.
