Very helpful October 27, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from OKLAHOMA CITY, OK United States   I was not sure if I needed a entirely new earpiece and radio connector or if I needed to just replace a part on mine. I spoke with a very helpful lady who listened to my issue suggested I just get a replacement part which was significantly cheaper. It worked and all is well! Excellent product and customer service February 25, 2013 Reviewer: Sam from Colorado Springs, CO United States   Great replacement part. Works great and as expected. I received a notification with tracking #. Got notified by Post Office that it had been delivered. Never saw it in my mail box. I gave it 5 days, incase it was put in a neighbors mailbox instead.  Called Custom Earpiece and informed them, and was told immediately that they would send out a replacement. It was shipped very quickly too. Not that this would be done with every item, but was a great Customer Relations move considering how fairly inexpensive the item was. I will definitely keep shopping with them, and expecially if I need more expensive items. Was this review helpful to you?

Great Customer Service February 17, 2012 Reviewer: Christopher from Goose Creek , SC United States   Fantastic product as always. I had actually screwed up my order. I ordered the product on a sunday and I called the next day to have it fixed. I spoke with a person not a machine when I called, he placced me on hold for about a min, fixed my mistake and I still recieved my order by Thursday. I love the customer service I recieve.
