They have had the best products and prices. Their customer service is great. Delivery is quick.  We are still using our CE240 radios that we purchased almost ten years ago! Great product/great service December 8, 2021 Reviewer: keith cohrs from KALAMAZOO, MI United States   have purchased their radios and headsets for over a decade now.   Whenever I had a question I always got someone on the phone to help me out.  They stand behind the warranty, too.  One of the batteries wouldn't hold a charge.  They exchanged, no questions asked. Great Products, & Superior Customer Service November 3, 2021 Reviewer: David Coppola, DDS from Scotia, NY United States   We made the jump to Black Diamond Radios and Custom Earpieces for our private dental practice in 2016 to elevate our intra-office communications. We haven't looked back since! We love the earpieces for ease of use while with patients! Patients always comment on how well our office flows and works together! Having to yell down the hallway for an assistant or to announce a phone call and also the constant hustle of trying to track a particular person down in a busy office is a thing of the past! (Thankfully!) Our office tried many radio systems and ear pieces before landing with our current system. This is by far the best quality, customer service and product! Life Changer August 28, 2020 Reviewer: Landis Foitik from Missouri City, TX United States   These radios were recommended by several veterinary practice managers as, "Life Changers," for their practice. Great Customer Service!! March 17, 2020 Reviewer: Emmanuel Hernandez from Mission, TX United States   I've been a customer of Custom Ear Piece for about 2 years now. Any time I've encountered any problems with a product (very few), their support  has been super helpful and ready to find a solution. They will accommodate to your needs. I've had the pleasure of hosting the owner of the company in my office on several occasions. That's commitment! I'm very happy with my CE420 radios and the Sentinel-K1. Thanks for everything Dave!
