I called on Friday July 5 and knew they would probably be closed due to the July 4th weekend. I called and no one answered. About an hour later I get a call back and the guy said he saw they missed a call from me and wanted to follow up. I just wanted to make sure that the adapter I was going to order was the correct one for my radio. He said it was and told me he could go ahead and place the order even though they were closed. I was very impressed by this because not many places these days have customer service like this. My adapter and centurion ear piece work perfect.  Thank you again for the excellent customer service and great products.

It is much easier to connect, and disconnect from my radio. I wear the wires under my uniform shirt, and have found to to be very difficult to use the wiring system that does not have this option.
