|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
|We believe that if you bought something from us you had a desired result. We want an opportunity to meet your expectations!
We will accept return of any product for exchange, credit or refund that is not custom molded. For custom molded products refunds are not available but we will do everything possible to ensure your product fits correctly!
Any two way radio or earpiece you purchase from Black Diamond Radio/Custom Earpiece includes a 30 day return for refund policy. We refund only the price of the item, not the shipping charges and require a 15% restocking fee. Please make sure to return the items in the original packaging. Generally we do not refund shipping charges unless we made a mistake and shipped the wrong product. You MUST call us at 800.711.7317 between 7AM and 6PM MST to arrange the return/exchange.
We ask that you gave us an opportunity to address whatever difficulty you are having. We will typically extend this 30 day period if you give us a chance to help you with any issues you are experiencing.
|When will my order ship?|

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
