Any stock item you purchase from Custom Earpiece includes a 30 day return for refund policy. We refund only the price of the item, not the shipping charges. We believe that if you bought something from us you had a desired result. We want an opportunity to meet your expectations. When you call Custom Molded products are handled differently. We're sorry, but we cannot offer a refund policy on custom molded products. We will however go out of our way to see they fit comfortably. Sometimes this requires some adjustments.
