These radio systems are absolutely perfect for our clinic staff. There is no comparison between EVERYTHING we had tried before and the Black Diamond Radio line of radios and accessories. Our entire staff of technicians and receptionists are required to keep the radio on their person for more than 10 hours a day and the semi-custom earpieces are as close to having nothing in your ear as you can get. I no longer have a headache at end of day from wearing the microphone/headset. In fact, I often forget I have the thing in my ear and walk out the door at end of day. I cannot say enough about the audio quality, range, durability, comfort, ease of use, EVERYTHING IS BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED! And, lest I forget, their customer service is likewise top shelf. There is no issue that I could imagine that they wouldn't bend over backward to make right. They are quick, responsive and just fun to work with. Give them a chance. You won't be sorry!
