The adapter that I ordered for my radio which is the Motorola xts 2500, I could only hear about every other word because it kept cutting in and out like there wasn't a good connection. I called back and the person that I spoke with was very helpful. I told him the problem that I was having and he transferred me to the technician Greg Seward. Mr. Seward was very very helpful. We tried some troubleshooting to no avail. However, he did say that there had been some problems with that adapter for that particular radio. He overnighted me a different adapter from another manufacture. He told me to use the new adapter and see if that fixed the problem. I tried it and it has been flawless. There is no more cutting in and out and I can hear everything. The people that I have dealt with have been more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved. It has been a pleasure dealing with these folks. I will definitely be doing more business with them.
