Great replacement part. Works great and as expected.
I received a notification with tracking #. Got notified by Post Office that it had been delivered. Never saw it in my mail box. I gave it 5 days, incase it was put in a neighbors mailbox instead. Called Custom Earpiece and informed them, and was told immediately that they would send out a replacement.
It was shipped very quickly too.
Not that this would be done with every item, but was a great Customer Relations move considering how fairly inexpensive the item was.
I will definitely keep shopping with them, and expecially if I need more expensive items.
